Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-29-v3
1. Website operator and scope
This website is managed by eLand, Lda, Portuguese legal person identification number (NIPC) 510214584, at Rua Carlos Charbel, 39A, Loja, Cacém, Portugal. It presents WoodBusiness.com for potential acquisition and provides a way to submit enquiries. These terms govern use of the website and the enquiry process. Any domain sale is subject to a separate written agreement identifying the buyer and seller.
2. What is being offered?
The proposed sale concerns the WoodBusiness.com domain name only. It does not include an operating business, website, source code, hosting service, photographs, video, other content, customer database, email account history, email archive, traffic or revenue. Illustrations and suggested projects show possible uses, not assets or businesses included in the sale.
3. Offers and availability
Offers submitted through this website are invitations to discuss a potential transaction. Submitting an offer, receiving a confirmation or exchanging preliminary messages does not automatically create a sale contract, reserve the domain or require either party to proceed. A sale is concluded only under the separate written agreement accepted by the parties.
Offers may be accepted for discussion, declined or met with a counterproposal. Availability may change before a binding agreement is concluded. We do not represent that there are other interested buyers unless that has been expressly confirmed.
4. Currency, taxes and fees
All amounts entered through the offer form are expressed in United States dollars (USD). The $ symbol on this website means USD. Offer amounts must be entered as whole dollars, without currency symbols, punctuation or separators.
The final price, any applicable taxes, payment or escrow charges, registrar costs and the allocation of transaction fees will be disclosed and agreed in writing before either party commits to the purchase. No payment is taken through this website.
5. Payment and domain transfer
The sale agreement will define the payment process, any independent payment or escrow service, verification steps, transfer conditions and the parties’ responsibilities. Completion is subject to the agreed process, verified funds where required and applicable registrar requirements. No specific transfer date is guaranteed before those arrangements are confirmed.
6. Buyer checks and third-party rights
You are responsible for assessing whether the domain is appropriate for your proposed project and for carrying out any necessary commercial, technical and legal checks before purchase. No trademark registration, exclusive right to a business name or rights owned by third parties are included. We do not represent that every proposed use is free from third-party rights.
Any assurances about ownership and the right to transfer the domain must be stated in the separate sale agreement.
7. No guaranteed business results
Statements about possible uses of the domain describe opportunities, not promised results. No search- engine ranking, traffic, conversion rate, revenue, profit, return on investment or increase in sales is guaranteed. Business results depend on factors beyond the domain name, including the buyer’s products, content, promotion and execution.
8. Responsible use of the website
Provide accurate information and submit an enquiry only on your own behalf or with authority to represent the named company. Do not use the forms for unlawful content, impersonation, unsolicited advertising, attempts to access systems without permission or activity that disrupts the service.
We may restrict abusive use for security reasons. Website content and media may only be reused as permitted by law or the relevant rights holder.
9. Availability and legal rights
Errors and interruptions may occur. Please raise material questions before entering into a transaction.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
10. Law, privacy and contact
These website terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving anyone of mandatory protections under another law that applies to them. Disputes may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.
For questions about these terms, use Contact & Privacy or write to eLand, Lda at Rua Carlos Charbel, 39A, Loja, Cacém, Portugal.
